Tears.Theyarethesilentlanguageoftheheart,thephysicalmanifestationofourdeepestemotions.Wecrywhenwearehappy,whenwearesad,whenweareoverwhelmedwithloveorgrief.Theyarethedropsofsaltwaterthatfallfromoureyesandcleanseoursouls,thetearsthatbringusclosertoeachotherandtoourselves.Andso,Iinviteyoutojoinmeonajourneythroughthestoryofawomanwhosetearswereherconstantcompanions.Awomanwhoexperiencedthejoysandsorrowsoflife,wholovedandlost,whofoundsolaceinthewindandtherain,andwhoultimatelylearnedtoembracehertearsasasourceofstrengthandhealing.ItwasacoldandrainydayinNovemberwhenLaurafirstmetJohn.Shewaswalkinghomefromwork,herumbrellastrugglingagainstthefiercegustsofwind,whenshesawhimstandingunderatree.Hewassoakingwet,hishairplasteredtohisforehead,hisclothesclingingtohisbody.Butdespitethemiserableweather,hewassmiling.
